KITCHEN
A practically equipped kitchen awaits you with coffee machines (Nespresso and Delizio), kettle, fondue caquelon, raclette oven, Roman pot, baking tins, blender and much more. The kitchen is small, but powerful. Hand washing is the price of more storage space.
LIVING AND DINING ROOM WITH BALCONY
The dining room is furnished with a large dining table and benches. Lots of reading material and games are available for you. The comfortable corner sofa invites you to cozy evenings with reading or an exciting film. WiFi is available to you free of charge.
On the balcony, a table seats 6 for lots of outdoor time. Electric weather blinds provide wind and sun protection.
3 BEDROOMS
Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 wide). The two rooms on the 2nd floor have air conditioning/heating. The doorless bedroom with skylight has a double duvet, the other two have single duvets.
BATHROOM, STOREROOM, HEATING
The bathtub with shower facility is the heart of the cozy bathroom. A towel dryer provides warmth and comfort.
In the small pantry you can store your physical delights for a week and you will also find cleaning utensils in case something goes wrong.
The upper floor is heated with programmable electric stoves. Since the house is very well insulated, it quickly became cozy and pleasantly cool in summer, also thanks to the air conditioning in the attic.
INSECT SCREEN
Life in the midst of agriculture is wonderful, nature almost in the living room. Insect screens on almost all windows and the balcony door ensure that the annoying little pests stay outside and you can sleep peacefully with the windows open even in summer.
AROUND THE HOUSE
A covered parking space in the newly built carport belongs to the apartment. Our famous red bench under the linden tree invites you to enjoy the unforgettable sunset. The barbecue area is not part of the arrangement, but if you leave it clean after using it, we wouldn't find out about it ;-)
