150 YEARS OF HISTORY
A gem with a past
We are proud to present our 150 year old former farmhouse.
In the 1970s, it was designed by Hans Sigrist, born in Stalden, Sarnen, as the heart of the Wintertschi property acquired. He ran the farm together with his wife Paulina until her death and beyond.
After his death and the generous Hans Sigrist hands over his share of the property junior to his sister Doris Heinzer In 2003 she and her husband Ruedi decided to renovate the house and the apartment on the ground floor to use as a holiday home in the countryside. Later she lived in the romantic farmhouse herself for a few years until she sold the house to her son Flavian in 2017.

In the course of this purchase, it was clear to us, Flavian and Barbara Heinzer, how much potential there was house and the property belonging to it. But we were also aware that there was still a lot of work ahead of us, since the house had already been lovingly renovated, but the west side in particular urgently needed to be renovated and partly rebuilt.
After a long planning phase and some heated discussions, we sold our agricultural land at the beginning of 2021 and started the renovation work.

It was worth it. Now we introduce you proudly presents our old new holiday paradise. We are grateful to our predecessors here for her commitment and their visions. That we breathe new life into this place and still be able to preserve the character of the house the charm of this paradise.
